Abstract

This thesis deals with the synthesis of low sensitivity optimal control systems. Zero-Sum games are applied to the first order linear differential equation system. The goal is to obtain an optimal control of the system performance, and at the same time, reduce the sensitivity of the performance index and sensitivity trajectory.

In this thesis, the quadratic index of performance is selected in the argumented system which is combined/ the system equation with the sensitivity equation. Two control variables U & V are selected to maximize and minimize the system, in order to obtain the optimal value of the system.

Two examples are developed to illustrate the concept.
