Description

Figure 7.20: 4-bit up/down counter. Initially, U/D'=1 and the counter output is 1111. When CLK changes from 0 to 1, the counter output changes to 0000. Then CLK changes to 0 and U/D' changes to 0. When CLK changes to 1, the outut changes to 1111.
