Abstract
This thesis describes a new CAD tool designed to create models proposed by Electronic Design Interchange Format steering committee. In its present form the system can generate models for standard SSI and MSI devices. The menu driven window based fillup the form features of the tool allows a novice user to provide structural and timing informations of the device from any manufacture's data book. The software performs online checking of the user data and guides them to generate the correct model.
