Description
A qualitatively driven mixed methods study on decision-making in higher education administration. The article integrates Constructivist Grounded Theory, thematic analysis, participatory design, and quantitative dashboard analytics to examine interdisciplinary collaboration, institutional research management, and user-centered data visualization. It offers a practical framework for designing accessible and context-sensitive academic dashboards that support evidence-informed governance, resource allocation, and research strategy in universities
