Abstract
A review of the current cost engineering programs at New Jersey Institute of Technology is given. The program's intent is to provide education and stimulate research in the area of cost engineering. Cost engineering at NJIT is offered as a concentration option in the master's degree program in management engineering. Admission is based on the same criteria as for any other MS degree applicant. A student who did not have a course in computer programming, economics, industrial management, engineering cost analysis, and probability and statistics is required.
