Abstract
PAH were collected from three urban New Jersey sites and analyzed over two summer and winter periods. Ratios of six selected PAH to BaP and their winter/summer comparison indicate that pyrene and benz[a]anthracene suffer volatility losses and that cyclopenteno[cd]fluoranthene is used as the standard; it is also clear that BaP suffers losses due to reactivity. © 1989.
