Research on implement mechanism on an active NGN service pricing decision support system

Abstract

Based on the service pricing algorithm architecture of ECPR, we present a optimal one by adding the impact of network KQI, market KQI and policy KQI of NGN, a evaluating mechanism to predict the price reaction to these KQIs, a neural-network-based adaptive adjusting mechanism to define the parameters of pricing formula and predictive formula based on the difference between real KQIs and predictive KQIs. The result of simulation experiment shows that our pricing algorithm is better than ECPR's.
