Figure 8.29: Reduced state table and functions for system outputs. The animation begins with the original table and reduces it. First, the columns associated with the present state, input I, and the next state and individual bits of the next state are removed. Then duplicate row entries are removed. Finally, logic equations for the outputs are shown.
