Abstract
Rs represents the external circuit resistance. Cc is the cell capacitance that originate from the two non-planar microelectrodes. Rc is the inherent resistance of the packed sensing media and the target solution (KCl or PBS). Rct is charge transfer resistance. Qd is a constant phase element, due to the inhomogeneity of the interface between the sensing electrode and electrolyte, double layer capacitance is replaced.[1,2] Q is also a constant phase element.
