Abstract
Red, green, and blue InGaN/AlGaN nanowire micro-light-emitting diodes (μLEDs) grown on a silicon substrate by molecular beam epitaxy with diameters from 20 to 100μm present stable emissions in the visible spectra, promising for microLED displays.
