Abstract
CapsuleMicroplastics have been drawing much attention and is believed to affect the environmental fate of other present micropollutants. This paper evaluates the impacts of microplastic types on organotin photodegradation, including the heterogeneous photocatalysis via reactive oxygen species formation on UV-irradiated microplastic surfaces. The new findings unraveled new environmental impacts of microplastics in natural water.
