Abstract
The behavior of reinforced fibrous concrete columns was observed with a testing program of 36 columns. The theory was analyzed with the help of interaction diagram load-moment, which was developed for this investigation. Previous investigation results, equations, were modified to reflect the presence of fibers in the reinforced concrete columns. Fifteen columns were tested in pure axial compression with steel fiber contents of 0%, . 75%, and 1. 5% by volume. Twenty-one columns were analyzed and experimentally tested to examine the shear behavior of axially loaded fibrous reinforced concrete short columns under double curvature bending.
