Abstract
A computerized conferencing network of New Jersey high school educators has been established for the sharing, dissemination, and review of resources, ideas, experiences, and professional development activities. The Electronic Information Exchange System, centered at New Jersey Institute of Technology, provides the mechanism for the operation of the network. A major aspect of the network, a joint effort of the Center for Pre-college Programs at NJIT and the Institute's Center for Information-age Technology, is an Education Information Database, containing curricula, resource materials and computer software useful to high school educators. These efforts will have a major impact on the improvement of pre-college education.
