Abstract

New methods for analysis of large structural systems in extension and flexure have been developed and presented. Structural anisotropic systems are the subject of the paper. Systems are represented by equivalent ones. The physical properties of the equivalent models have been obtained such that the actual and new systems behave in the same structural manner. No restrictions have been imposed on material properties, boundary conditions or geometry. The numerical results obtained are in very good agreement with classical and finite element methods.
