Opinion mining for small business: A smart marketing intelligence way

Abstract

Small business plays a vital role in economy. There are lots of difficulties faced by the small business owners under today's financial crisis. Opinion mining could help small business owners gain competitive advantage through a smart marketing intelligence way. In this paper, I talked about the feature of small business and opinion mining. Also, by comparing with traditional marketing intelligence method, opinion mining has big advantages on cost and response time.
