Abstract
Terahertz (THz) technology has rapidly ascended as a pivotal enabler in a spectrum of modern applications, ranging from wireless communication and radar detection to bio-medical diagnostics [1,2] and material spectroscopy. Its advancement, however, encounters substantial challenges when it comes to the deployment and reliability of THz systems in outdoor settings, especially for radar and communication purposes. These challenges are predominantly attributed to the dynamic atmospheric conditions such as rain, snow, and turbulence, which critically affect the performance of THz systems.
