Abstract
The plane of the reinforcement during the impregnation is resin flow the used parameter increase the quality and to reduce the process time. In this work the two different orientations of 0° and 90°, the mechanical properties of these composites such as tensile and flexural are evaluated, thehorizontal direction zero degree fiber orientation having maximum tensile strength of 90 MPa, flexural strength of 164 MPa. The finite element methods (FEM) find out the resulting of mechanical properties by using ANSYS version 12.0. Finding experimental results, very close to the results with FEM model values. Based on the results hybrid composites are superior properties than for polymer composite materials.
