Abstract
The Hazardous Substance Management Research Center at New Jersey Institute of Technology, along with its affiliates, forms the largest university-based environmental research program focused on the development and demonstration of innovative technologies for prevention, treatment and remediation of hazardous substances. The presentation will focus on the Center's strategy for growth, development of the research program, benefits to participants, reasons for discontinuation of membership and maintaining faculty involvement and commitment.
