Abstract

The study on combining and integrating manufacturing innovations to increase manufacturing performance is presented. The results of the analyses suggest that to increase different dimensions of manufacturing performance, different combinations of manufacturing innovations are required. The findings suggest that to increase manufacturing effectiveness, manufacturing managers can combine using administrative innovation with having innovative workers.
